About Leadership
TestHubAI is led by Nikos Thermogiannis, a QA Automation Architect with experience across startups, scale-ups, and large enterprise systems. Nikos oversees the technical direction of all engagements, ensuring that automation, CI/CD and quality practices align with modern engineering standards.
His background spans hands-on engineering work and architectural leadership: from designing test frameworks in TypeScript, Playwright and Appium, to shaping system-level testing strategies for event-driven and cloud-based systems. He also brings deep experience in Python tooling, data validation, performance testing and AI-assisted QA workflows.
Nikos is supported by a flexible network of specialised QA professionals, allowing TestHubAI to scale capacity for larger initiatives while maintaining a single architectural vision and high-quality delivery.
Certifications include GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, NIST CSF, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, OWASP Secure Coding and more — all applied in practice to strengthen engineering outcomes and delivery quality.
